Senator Kerry, You may kiss the bride!

Although IAFF president, Harold Schaitberger, is a very close personal friend of John Kerry, many firefighters in this country do not support Kerry. We were not polled. Don't be fooled when you see all those "Yellow shirts" behind the Democrat nominee! The IAFF is a labor union and like all labor unions they are married to the democrats. What a surprise! Many think Harold is looking for the Labor Secretary post in a possible Kerry administration.  When you see the yellow & black signs that claim who the Fire Fighters support,  just know that it is the Firefighter's UNION and not necessarily the actual firefighters themselves. This happens all the time and usually not a whole lot is said about it, but after 9/11 it's a bit more personal to the firefighters who feel they are being misrepresented.  To many of us, our decision in who we support rests in the well being, safety and security of our entire country and not just in benefit packages and political favors.
